1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are governed by Ref Center LLC (HVA: 08276711, address: Hambardzumyan St. 119, flat: 41, Yerevan, Armenia, e-mail: info@refcenter.am, phone: +374 60 50 8000) through the website (www.refcenter.am) served by the sale of goods, use, data storage and other relations.
1.2. Using the website or placing an order means that you agree with these Terms in full.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
3.1. To place an order on the website, the user must register by providing the following information:

4.1. Orders are made using the shopping cart and the order form on the website.
4.2. Payments are made through InecoBank's payment platform. The website does not collect or process any banking/payment data.
4.3. Payment is accepted only in full. Unpaid orders are not confirmed.
5.1. Delivery is carried out after confirmation of the order, within the agreed time. Delivery terms and prices are indicated on the website.
5.2. Return is possible only for unused, undamaged and complete products, according to RA legislation.
5.3. Return costs are subject to payment by the user, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not correspond to the order.
5.4 In the cases provided for in this agreement, claims for refund of money paid for the Product are subject to satisfaction within 15 days from the date of submission of the corresponding claim.
5.5 At the time of receiving the order, if the User finds products of inappropriate quality or the received products do not match the order, the User has the right to demand that these products be replaced by products of proper quality or to refuse to accept them and to demand the return of the money paid for the products of inappropriate quality. The Company is obliged to replace the product within one day after receiving the User's request. If at the time of submitting the request, the Company does not have the product needed for replacement, then the Company is obliged to inform the User about the absence of the product within one day and to return to the latter the amount paid for the non-received product within the terms specified in this agreement.

7.1. The website does not guarantee that the pictures and specifications of the products completely match the real ones.
7.2. Ref Center LLC has the right to reject or not confirm the order in certain cases (for example, lack of product, technical problems).

10.1. The legislation of the Republic of Armenia is applicable to these Terms. 10.2. All disputes regarding the terms are first tried to be settled through negotiations, and in case of failure, they are transferred to the competent RA court.
